For my Communication Law class, we get these pop quizzes that he can use as extra credit for our exams. Sounds pretty sweet right?
The pop quiz is one question with one answer, and it's pretty balls if you don't know it, especially since it's only one extra point!
Our question was something about the trial level court of Georgia, so I put district, then I decided to put nine, believing that to be the right district we were in!
Like all teachers or educators alike, my professor had to lecture all of us on getting the question wrong, and if he were a crying man, he probably would. Only two people out of the 48 of us got the thing right. District court was the second most guessed answer. Then, he laughed and said that some cheeky student decided to put District 9 as their answer, and while that is a great movie with aliens, that has nothing to do with the legal system. The entire class scoffed and laughed.*
I couldn't look him in the eye.
My, my notebook is pretty.
*Of course I pretended to laugh with the rest of them. Har-har-har.
