you almost fall off the treadmill

The sudden influx of gym trips is a result of Judy.  We let her use her free pass this week, and she wants to try everything and go everyday to get her "money's worth."  As she isn't spending anything, I'm not sure what she means by this.  It's more like getting four free samples when you walk by the Chinese food fronts in the food court and declaring yourself full.

So after yesterday's Zumba, we were onto using the machines.  I was perfectly happy with this plan, and I spent the majority of the time on the bike reading magazines.  It was only when I decided to try out hte treadmills with Pam and Judy that came as a problem.

I kept playing with the incline and the speed, so I could match theirs, but I was too pooped to keep up.  Running up real hills is hard, but at least you get to stop and take a breath.  Here the ground moves under you and you're not sure where the "Off" button is.  I found the "Cool Down" but that goes in stages.  Judy and Pam were hopping off already, and I, wanting all of the hell to end, turned around to leave too.

Only, the stupid treadmill wasn't done with me.  It was still going, pushing me off faster, and I had to do an awkward hop, skip, jump to prevent my face from meeting the mat.  Pam was tickled by that.  She asked what was wrong with me.

My lack of coordination.  I think that's what's wrong with me.
