SUMMARY
I’m a current bench sitter, aching to get into the game,
because I got hoop dreams, Coach.
I got them real bad.
I
learned that I have to grab your attention here with something I can provide
for your company, so how about doughnuts?
Or maybe excellent small talk?
I can also crack wise at a water cooler like no other, and I do a mean
Cupid Shuffle. Granted, he tells
you what to do, but there aren’t many people who can down-down-down-do-ya-thing
like me.

EXPERIENCE
Blogger, online 2011
Managing Editor, frequent contributor
·
Wrote daily posts on awkward or funny situations, and even if not, then
attempt to find it. It started
because I got caught in an elevator door once, and I never looked back (at the
door or the people in that elevator who we worried for my life).
·
Designed entire blog layout from backgrounds, fonts, colors, and I used some coding even, because I’m fancy.
I actually won an award once for website design. I don’t want to brag, but yeah, it was
10th place out of the top 20. So I’m sort of average when it comes
to these things. I'm at least in the
top half of the average.

Volunteer Contributor/Reviewer
· Wrote 9 stories with
varying levels of success, the most reviews I have is 60+, while the least is 10. But all are positive!
· The longest story I have to date
is at least 100,000+ words, which, for me, is a feat.
· Critically read and wrote
reviews to fellow writers online, suggesting ways in which to improve their
story from Mary Sue demons or perhaps applauding them on how excellent and
adorable they live out these characters lives.

I first saw the Laurence Olivier and Greer
Garson version of Pride and Prejudice
when I was in the fifth grade, which made me read The Great Illustrated
Classics version that year. It was
only later on, that I could read the real thing and fully embrace it.
·
I once took a Jane Austen class, and I
dominated discussion over Mansfield
Park. That had to be the best
day of my life.
·
I touched her desk in Chawton. Okay, so
there was a Plexiglas, but I was already so close, I couldn’t let that
opportunity pass.
